What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment.
Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.

All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.

Where is my parcel?

After dispatch, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking number does not work

It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated.
If the tracking information still does not appear after several days, please contact our customer service.
