Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period amounts to 30 days from the date:
– on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these have been delivered simultaneously;
– on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under one order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via e-mail: support@mysalane.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case does this refund entail additional costs for you.

We may refuse the refund until we have:
– received the returned goods, or
– you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

The direct costs for returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for the diminution in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning thereof.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:
– for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
– for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
– for the delivery of alcoholic beverages the price of which has been agreed in the agreement, but which can be delivered only at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;
– for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or journals, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:
– for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
– for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
